Rich Text Edit Webmail
MySite has now made available a rich text editor built right into your email. Gain complete control over the emails you send out. The rich text editor provides a way for you to seamlessly create emails with a combination of HTML and text. Integrated with our new webmail, anytime you create a new email you will have the power and ability to customize it like a pro at your finger tips. Old webmail programs had you sending out drab black and white emails. To stand out you need an email client that is able to take text editing to the next level.
To utilize the rich text editor, simply create a new email and click the rich text formatting check box. The 12 built in fonts give you a wide range of look and feel for your message. Also included is the ability to create hyper links with a click of a button. If you would like to an add image to your email, just click the add image button and type in the URL of the image. An additional great benefit of the rich text editor is a one click spell check option. Here are a few of the other options you can quickly customize with the rich text editor; font color, highlight color, font size, bold type, italic type. You can also create bulleted lists, ordered lists, and choose alignment and indentation. The rich text editor also includes a fully functional clip board, giving you the ability to cut and paste the contents of your email. And if you make a mistake the undo and redo options will help you promptly correct it.
