Webmail Preview Pane
The Preview Pane allows you to preview Email messages by simply clicking on them. To use this defaulted feature, single click on an email message. The message will appear in the Preview Pane. Once you have opened an email message, you can Reply, Reply All, or Forward a message. Webmail also allows user to disable this feature through the preferences menu.
The Preview Pane is turned on by default:
To turn the Preview Pane Off/On
- Click Preferences in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Click General Settings under the Contacts section of preferences
- Under Preview Pane select Off or On
- Click Save
