A tag cloud is a tool you can use to help you and your visitors see what the most popular tags are on your blog. A tag cloud is a small box you can put on your blog which shows a list of the tags from your blog. The tags which are most popular are bolder and shown in a larger font. Less popular tags are lighter and use smaller font. Clicking any of the tag names takes you to a list of blog posts which are associated with that tag. Generally the list of tag names is in alphabetical order, which makes it easy for someone to find a tag both alphabetically, or by popularity.
A tag cloud is a good tool to provide you and your visitors with a quick visual overview of the principal content of your blog posts. There are a number of tools you can find which will allow you to add a tag cloud to your blog.
